Overview

Crumb Codex is an independent, fan-run page that tracks Cookie Run: Kingdom codes. We built it to be as low-footprint as possible: there are no user accounts, no game data is entered here, and we collect the minimum needed to run the site and respond to messages.

Information We Collect

• Contact form submissions: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive whatever name, email address, and message you choose to include.
• Basic usage data: like most websites, standard web server and analytics logs may capture non-identifying technical details — browser type, approximate location by region, pages visited, and referring site.
• Nothing game-related: we never ask for your DevPlay account name, password, or in-game data anywhere on this site. Code redemption always happens on Devsisters’ own official pages, not here.

Cookies & Analytics

This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages get used, so we know which codes are getting checked most and can prioritize updates. Any analytics cookies used are aggregate and not tied to your name or email unless you’ve separately contacted us.

How We Use Information

• To reply to questions, code tips, and reports sent through the contact form or email.
• To understand overall site traffic and improve which codes and sections we prioritize.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor information to third parties.

Third-Party Links

This page links out to official Devsisters channels, social platforms, and the official code redemption site. Once you leave Crumb Codex, that site’s own privacy policy applies — we don’t control and aren’t responsible for how those third parties handle your data.

Data Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question or report, then deleted on a routine basis. Aggregate analytics data is retained in summary form and isn’t used to identify individual visitors.

Children’s Privacy

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal details, reach out and we’ll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as the site changes. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision — meaningful changes will be noted here directly.
